Senior Master Joe Lischinsky is a certified R.A.D. Instructor and also a Health and Safety Consultant to various government agencies including Homeland Security (FEMA) and the Department of Energy as well as the private sector.  Joseph holds a 7th degree (Master) Black Belt in Tang Soo Do.
